Jessica Mackey-Grant is the founder and president of Complete Desires Consultancy Firm, Inc. a full-service business development, event production, and research consultancy based in Miami, Florida.

With over 12 years of experience, Jessica has built a career at the intersection of business strategy, community engagement, and large-scale event execution. Her portfolio spans multilingual visitor feedback programs for international tourism events, field data collection for the U.S. Census Bureau, public engagement for the Congressional Black Caucus, and social media advertising for political campaigns.

She earned her B.A. in Public Relations from Clark Atlanta University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Divinity from Southeastern University. She founded Complete Desires in 2015. The firm is SAM.gov registered, E-Verify compliant, and authorized in the State of Florida.
